沈立被称为“中国内地推广‘乐活’概念的第一人”,目前是北京师范大学教育管理学院与校长培训学院的老师,曾在对外经贸大学国际商学院获MBA硕士学位,在北师大国际与比较教育研究所获比较教育学博士,在北师大心理学院从事了三年应用心理学博士后研究。现在的主要研究领域有中国传统文化教育、管理教育与管理培训培训、数字媒体艺术在教育培训中的应用、校长培训研究、乐活时尚与乐活经济、流行趋势与管理创新等。
沈立博士于2004年开始从流行趋势与新兴产业的角度了解到国外的乐活时尚(LOHAS),认为乐活符合中国未来发展的方向,逐渐会成为中国21世纪的大趋势与主流生活方式,而乐活经济与乐活产业也会成为中国下一个最大的蓝海,于是沈立开始将自己的工作重心放到了“乐活”的传播工作上。
在过去的一年里,沈立为乐活文化的传播做出了非常大的贡献。他在5月23日举办中国第一届国际乐活研讨会,还参与了团中央和全国青联以及10月21日宁波政府举办的第一届官方时尚青年与乐活文化论坛,同时出席了12月6日的乐活年会。他提出的中国乐活族的十大主张,让越来越多的人了解并加入乐活族这个群体。他还倡议大家随身携带乐活四小件,让“乐活”主义在行动中得到实践。
与“乐活”结缘
回顾沈立当初和“乐活”结识的缘由,还是因为看到了一本名为《高科技,高感触》(High Tech,High Touch)的书。该书的作者是世界著名的未来学家约翰·奈斯比特(曾出版过《亚洲大趋势》和《大趋势》等名著)。约翰·奈斯比特在书中指出,高科技的发展使人类远离了自然,这对人的心灵造成了很大危害,因此21世纪的发展趋势应该取得一种高科技与高感触的阴阳平衡,人们生活的重点应该是高感触——关注身体、心灵、精神与自然,只有这样才能取得人类与自然、科技与人文之间的均衡发展。当时的沈立还不知道什么是乐活,不过他十分赞同约翰·奈斯比特的这种观点。
在阅读这本书之前,沈立就已经关注到这种高科技与人文自然失衡的现状。“物极必反,今后的发展趋势肯定会朝着更加注重人文与自然的方向发展。”不过当时他的头脑中只有一个模糊的想法,既不清晰也不系统,于是便开始寻找可以切实体现《高科技,高感触》均衡发展的新观念与社会潮流。直到2005年的秋天,在机场候机的沈立在《周末画报》上偶然间看到一篇报道“乐活”的小文章,“乐活LOHAS——健康与永续的生活方式”这个新观念与国际时尚生活方式令他眼前一亮,之前一直在脑海中盘旋的模糊的想法一下子变得豁然开朗。就这样,他找到了这个能够作为中国世纪的标志性理念——乐活LOHAS,而且坚信这个理念一定会成为世界未来的大趋势。
