史蒂芬·弗兰士有着逾25年的企业营销,商务拓展及管理经验,曾任百事可乐,Mars  Inc及万豪酒店管理集团等公司要职。在他的整个职业生涯中,积累了丰富的跨行业多层面商业运作准则,包括公司业务部门管理,品牌营销,多渠道业务拓展,企业市场调研管理,新企业创办,新产品概念的发展,竞争力/产品类别分析,以及制定战略计划。

Steven French’s background includes 25 years of corporate marketing, business development, and management experience with PepsiCo, Mars, Inc., and Marriott Corporation. Throughout his professional career, he has accumulated unparalleled experience and knowledge across a broad range of multi-faceted business disciplines, including business unit general management, brand marketing, multi-channel business development, corporate market research management, new business start-ups, new product concept development, competitive/product category analysis, and strategic plan development. Steven holds a Bachelors of Science in Marketing from Penn State University and an MBA in Marketing from the University of Scranton.

At NMI, he works with many global Fortune 500 corporations, government agencies, start-up companies, associations, and various other organizations. He has pioneered a range of NMI consumer research databases that analyze consumer attitudes, behavior, product usage, and demographics within the health, wellness, and sustainability marketplace. More specifically, Mr. French established the LOHAS Consumer Trends Database™ (LCTD), an annual research study of the U.S. marketplace that focuses on sustainability, corporate social responsibility, environmentalism, social issues, and other planetary health and wellness topics. Since 2002, this research has been conducted in the United States. Steven also established the research in 8 European countries and Japan, with expansion to 18 countries in 2010.

He is also a frequent author of research reports, articles, and a contributor to numerous domestic and international consumer media, includingFox TVNBC News, Time Magazine, International Herald Tribune, The New York Times, and many others. As a recognized industry expert, Mr. French’s expertise is also utilized on a regular basis by many trade, academia, and government publications and over 30 business journals, among other sources.

Steven is a regular speaker at many international industry events such as Food Marketing Institute (FMI), IFT, LOHAS Conferences, Good & Green, Nielsen, Magazine Publishers Association, Natural Products Expos, SupplySide Conferences, Industrial Research Institute, U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) Conferences, American Society on Aging (ASA), U.S. Green Building Council, Nutracon, Expo Comida Latina, WorldNutra, and many others.
